Grapevine Housing Cooperative Society is a housing cooperative established in 2019 to create property ownership and investment opportunities for its members — working through collective participation to identify, acquire and develop strategic land.
We believe that when members come together, they can reach further in property investment than they could alone. That belief shapes every project we take on.
Grapevine Housing Cooperative Society was established in 2019 as a dedicated housing and property investment vehicle, giving members a real avenue to participate in land and property investment.
We operate as a formally registered housing cooperative society in Kenya, governed by our by-laws and accountable to our membership and the Data Protection Act, 2019.
